Fonetic Joins BBVA Open Marketplace for FinTechs
Fonetic, leading provider of communications surveillance and voice technology software is now part of a new global network of FinTech providers.
BBVA launched the new service with the aim of connecting the bank’s business units to solve challenges facing the sector by working with technology providers across the BBVA network.
The Open Marketplace platform, which already has over 150 members, helps drive innovation in the banking sector by forging ties between different players in the FinTech ecosystem.
As well as serving as a match-making service to meet the needs of BBVA business units, service providers also have the opportunity to innovate on live joint projects that could be up and running in a matter of weeks.
The projects will take advantage of innovation across a wide range of cutting-edge technologies involving AI, ML and other areas of data analysis and refinement.
Fonetic is excited to bring expertise in Voice technology, AI and Machine Learning to the table, offering cutting-edge fraud detection technology through our communications surveillance and compliance solution Trade Comms Suite and enhanced customer Intelligence and analysis with our VoiceBot and ChatBot tools.
