  • Remote work. At Fonetic we have implemented a teleworking system since 2016 that allows all office employees to work remotely up to 3 days a week.
  • Flexible schedule. We have an official schedule, but you can adapt it to your needs.
  • Continuous working days. Special schedule every Friday of the year and during the months of July and August.
  • Holidays. All employees have 23 workdays a year on vacation, in addition to December 24 and 31.

  • Side Projects. All employees can spend part of their work time doing any project they consider and have the resources to carry it out.
  • Events policy. All workers have an annual financial allowance and the time necessary to attend events.

We want to make our employees’ lives easier, so we have flexible compensation and compensation policies.

  • Flexible compensation package. We have a flexible compensation package for all our employees. You can assign part of your gross salary to products such as Restaurant Ticket, Transportation Ticket, Medical Insurance, Nursing Control and Training, with the consequent tax benefit.
  • Employee referral program. Employees who assist in attracting talent by recommending candidates will receive financial compensation for hiring.
